We started looking in Gwinnett County but in the end this house made the most sense. 3 bedrooms, brick front, perfect showing condition with the buyer paying $3,500.00 closing cost. We viewed a couple other foreclosures in the area but the condition was a major factor with this buyer.

Confident we were the only offer on this house due to the fact the listing agent forgot to post pictures of the house. We had a contract on this house within 5 days of it going on the market. 10 for location 7 for condition
